Where can I find out more about copyright?
If you have general questions about copyright rules and current legislation in Canada, information can be found at your local library, or at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

What about titles published by other random house companies?
Random House of Canada Limited distributes many titles from Random House Inc. (Random House in the US), and Random House Limited Group (Random House UK and Transworld UK). We can grant permissions only on titles that are part of our domestic publishing program, i.e., that are published under the following imprints: Knopf Canada, Ballantine Books Canada, Doubleday Canada, Random House Canada, Seal Books, and Vintage Canada. For all other imprints you must apply to another company for permission. Please see below for other Random House companies and their addresses.
