Helen Fogwill Porter I was born and grew up in St. John's, where I still live. For about thirty-five years I've been writing professionally: fiction, non-fiction, poetry, drama and reviews. My book publications include Below the Bridge (memoir-history, 1980), January, February, June or July (novel, 1988) and A Long and Lonely Ride (short-story collection, 1991). All were published by Breakwater Books. My stories, poetry and articles have been published across Canada and overseas. I'm now completing a novel title Finishing School. |
