Heather Mallick

I am a constant reader, a feminist, a socialist, a francophile, columnist and a number of other things. My first book, published by Penguin Canada, was a diary entitled Pearls in Vinegar, and I am now working on two new works of nonfiction. My essay, “The Inoculation,” written with much wincing and disinfection of typing fingers, is intended as a donation to women and girls, in the hope that it might direct them away from similar disasters.
