About this Author

Larry Payne, Ph.D., is cofounder and director of the International Association of Yoga Therapies and President of the Samata Yoga Center, which serves numerous celebrity clients. He is also cocreator of the yoga curriculum at UCLA School of Medicine and coauthor of Yoga for Dummies. Richard Usatine, M.D., is a professor of clinical family medicine and the cofounder of the Yoga curriculum UCLA School of Medicine. He is also a respected author and the recipient of the Association of American Medical Colleges Award for Humanism in Medicine. Both authors reside in Los Angeles.
