With a career spanning thirty years, Joni Mitchell is one of the most highly esteemed singer/songwriters in popular music. She has recorded seventeen albums and is the recipient of numerous awards and honours, including several Grammy awards - two in 1996 for her Turbulent Indigo release - and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Academy of Songwriters. Joni was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and into the National Academy of Popular Music Songwriter's Hall of Fame in 1997.
